RFID Data Integration for Vehicle

I need an RFID reader system for vehicles (semis or small vans) to track packages. The system will send data to our database.

Requirements:
- RFID reader installed in the back trailer
- Transmit the following data:
- Package ID
- Package contents
- Date and time of scan
- Data should be sent to our database

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience with RFID technology
- Database integration skills
- Automotive installation knowledge (we can start with a base reader that I can walk around with/put wherever as we grow).
- Familiarity with data transmission protocols
