SE QLD & NSW Event Database

I need a clear, easy-to-update database that captures every major show, festival and community event scheduled over the coming calendar year across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW. The end product should be a well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) laid out in strict chronological order so I can scan the year at a glance and plan engagements.

For each event, include the following columns:
• Event name
• Start and finish dates
• City / venue (with state noted)
• Brief event description (one-sentence overview)
• Estimated attendance or size category
• Application opening date, closing date and any hard cut-off times
• Step-by-step instructions or web link on how to apply / book a stall / become a vendor
• Primary contact name, phone and email
• Number of days the event runs

Only list events that draw significant crowds or regional interest—local fetes and markets are not necessary unless they exceed roughly 2,000 attendees. Source information from official event websites, tourism boards, council pages and past media coverage, then cross-check contact details so I can reach organisers without hunting around. A list of websites to commence the research will be provided on acceptance.

Deliver the completed spreadsheet plus a short source list (URLs or PDFs) for every entry so I can verify accuracy quickly.
