Production Flow Dashboard – MODA Windows & Doors
Objective
This dashboard is designed to monitor and control the entire production workflow, ensuring that every department performs its tasks on time and every job progresses smoothly from sales confirmation to final QC completion.
The system includes 4 different users, each responsible for a specific stage of the process.
WORKFLOW STRUCTURE
User 1 – Sales
The first user is the Sales representative.
Once the order is confirmed by the customer, the Sales user must create or update the job in the system.
Sales must input:
Job Number / Order Number
Customer Name
Project Name / Location
Date of Order Confirmation
Total number of windows / doors
System type
Special notes / remarks
Required completion date (if any)
Current status = “Waiting for Measurement”
The Sales role is to officially initiate the production process.
User 2 – Technician / Measurement
The second user is the Technician responsible for site measurements.
After receiving the job, the Technician must update the system with the scheduled measurement date and confirm when the measurement is completed.
Technician must input:
Measurement scheduled date
Actual measurement completion date
Measurement status
Approved for production = Yes / No
Notes for production
Any technical issues or delay reasons
Current status = “Measurement Complete” or “Waiting for Cutting List”
Goal:
Track which jobs are pending measurement
Track scheduled measurement dates
Identify completed vs delayed measurements
User 3 – Stock / Storage
The third user is the Stock / Storage department.
After measurement is completed, the cutting list and required materials must be entered into the system. The Stock user is responsible for preparing the materials.
Stock / Storage must input:
Cutting list uploaded = Yes / No
Date cutting list received
Required materials
Materials availability = Yes / No
Missing materials
Estimated materials ready date
Actual materials ready date
Delay reason (if any)
Current status = “Materials Preparing” or “Ready for Production”
Goal:
Ensure all materials are available
Identify shortages
Track preparation time
Prepare jobs for production
User 4 – Production
The fourth user is the Production department.
Once materials are received, Production must define the completion timeline and finalize the job with QC.
Production must input:
Date materials received
Production start date
Estimated completion date
Actual completion date
QC completed = Yes / No
QC result = Pass / Fail
QC notes
Delay reason (if any)
Final status = “Completed”, “QC Issue”, or “Delayed”
QC CHECKLIST (MANDATORY)
Before marking a job as completed, Production must complete a QC checklist.
QC Checklist includes:
Profile correct
Glass correct
Hardware correct
Rubber installation correct
Silicone / sealing correct
Dimensions verified
Opening / closing function tested
Lock / handle tested
Frame alignment checked
Accessories complete
No scratches or damage
Proper packing
Ready for delivery / installation
Each item must be:

Comment required if “No”
A job cannot be marked as completed without QC approval.
