Precise Mixed Data Entry

I need someone who can take a collection of records that contain both text and numerical fields and key them into a clean, consistently formatted file. Accuracy matters more to me than raw speed; any transcription errors will ripple through later analysis, so I’ll be double-checking random samples.

You will receive the source material as scanned pages and exported logs (mostly PDF and image formats). Your task is to transcribe every field exactly as written, flag anything that is illegible, and keep the original ordering intact. If you spot obvious inconsistencies—such as a total that does not match its component figures—note them for me rather than changing the data.

Deliverables
• A single compiled dataset (Excel, CSV, or another structured format we agree on before you begin).
• A brief note highlighting any unclear entries or anomalies identified during transcription.
