Precise Excel Database Entry

I have a backlog of records that need to be organised inside an Excel-based database. The work is strictly data entry: transferring information from source documents into the correct worksheets, applying the field names I will supply, and keeping every entry consistent in spelling, capitalisation, and date format.

You will receive:
• The raw files (PDF scans and a few Word sheets)
• A master Excel file that already contains the table structure and sample rows for reference
• A short style guide that explains the allowed values and cell formats

What I expect back:
• The updated Excel workbook with every record entered, double-checked for duplicates and obvious errors
• A brief change log noting any fields you had to flag as unclear or incomplete

Accuracy matters more than speed, but once you fall into a rhythm this should move quickly. If you have questions as you go, just drop them in the change log and we can resolve them together.
