Precise Excel Data Entry Needed

I need to move roughly 500 – 1,000 rows of mixed text and numerical data out of several PDF reports and into an Excel file that follows a template I will supply (fixed columns, headers, number formats, etc.). Accuracy is absolutely critical—there is zero tolerance for typos, misplaced decimals, or shifted rows—so every entry must be double-checked before you send the final workbook back to me.

You will work only with PDF files, and the information is confidential, so please handle all documents responsibly and agree to delete them once the job is closed. Turnaround time is 3–5 days from the moment I share the files.

To succeed you’ll need to be comfortable with:
• Sorting large tables quickly
• Applying consistent formatting across columns and rows
• Using simple formulas such as SUM and VLOOKUP to cross-verify totals
