The project centers on confirming the authenticity of professional certifications and recent continuing-education courses claimed by healthcare candidates who will be working at our Norwich, UK facility. All documentation must be checked directly with the awarding bodies, relevant councils, or trusted third-party databases, then compiled into a concise verification report that I can file with our compliance division.
Scope
• Professional certifications: cross-check issue dates, expiration, registration numbers, and governing body status.
• Continuing education courses: validate provider accreditation, course completion, and credit hours earned.
Although current requests mainly involve nurses and doctors, other roles—such as pharmacists or allied health professionals—may be added, so your process should remain flexible enough to expand.
Deliverables
1. A structured report (PDF + editable sheet) for each candidate, containing:
– confirmed or disputed status for every credential
– source of verification (contact name, phone/email, or database screenshot)
– any discrepancies noted and recommended next steps
2. A brief summary dashboard tracking overall pass/fail statistics.
Acceptance Criteria
• 100 % of listed credentials receive a clear verified/not-verified outcome.
• All verifications trace back to a primary source (no secondary aggregators alone).
• Turnaround per candidate not to exceed three UK business days.
Confidentiality and GDPR compliance are mandatory, so please outline any secure data-handling tools you use—e.g., encrypted email, secure portals, or ISO-certified platforms.
Once the first batch is completed to spec, the assignment can expand into a long-term engagement covering all incoming healthcare hires in our Norwich office.
