Populate Phone Book Excel

I have a blank phone-book template that needs filling with nothing but contact names and phone numbers. All of the information will come from handwritten notes, screenshots, and a few emailed snippets I’ll provide—there’s no import file, so every entry has to be typed in manually.

The finished list must live in Microsoft Excel. Two columns only: Name and Phone Number, with numbers formatted uniformly for easy sorting and future lookup. No addresses, no job titles, no hidden sheets or database work—just an accurate, well-organized spreadsheet.

Deliverables:
• Completed .xlsx file containing every supplied contact
• Consistent formatting (e.g., +1-555-123-4567) across all numbers
• Spot-checked for duplicates and digit errors before hand-off
