Populate Owner Data in Excel

I’ll send you an Excel file that already lists a series of property addresses. In that very sheet I need eight new columns created and filled:

• Current Owner 1 – Last Name
• Current Owner 1 – First Name
• Current Owner 1 – Cell Phone
• Current Owner 2 – Last Name
• Current Owner 2 – First Name
• Current Owner 2 – Cell Phone
• Estimated Home Value
• Year Home Built

Nothing fancy—just accurate, manually researched data entered directly beside each address. Use truepeoplesearch.com or another reliable public records, assessor sites, skip-tracing tools, Zillow/Redfin lookups, or phone-validation resources you prefer, as long as the results are verifiable. When you’re done, send the same workbook back with the new columns fully populated and ready for me to spot-check.

I’m looking for careful data entry, consistency in formatting (proper case names, numeric values only where appropriate), and a quick turnaround.
