I need an experienced FOIA practitioner who can draft, submit, and track public-records requests until the complete incident files are released. The scope covers police reports, dispatch logs, and—most critically—the associated body-worn-camera material that arrives as both video and separate audio tracks.
Once the department fulfills the request, I’ll rely on you to verify file integrity, spot any gaps in coverage, and deliver everything in an orderly folder structure with clear time-stamped labels.
Deliverables
• Copies of every FOIA/PRR filing, follow-up email, and release letter
• All incident reports and body-cam files (video + audio) downloaded and archived
• A concise index listing date, officer ID, runtime, and noted redactions
