Payroll Calendar PDF to Excel

I need the USDA payroll calendar found at https://nfc.usda.gov/publications/forms/1217n_26.pdf transferred into Excel. Two separate workbooks are required:
• Workbook 1 must be a faithful, cell-by-cell recreation of the PDF, matching fonts, headers, footnotes, and overall layout so it can be printed without visually deviating from the original.
• Workbook 2 should present the same information but with each week running Monday through Sunday instead of the current layout. Everything else—including look and feel—remains consistent with Workbook 1.
