Patient Tracking Excel Spreadsheet Development

I need to build an excel spreadsheet that will take patients. The data in this sheet will be add to throughout the day but the next day delete the patients that are complete. I don’t want to store a lot of data. I want to see what staff are working with what patient and what are they working on. Is it an ambulatory appointment, is it a visit in the hospital, is it keep track of who is having a procedure. And lastly is this patient at an office visit. As for the data I need to see a weekly view and then after 4 weeks it gets moved to monthly then to yearly. The other part is some of these patients belong to a special program called EXH. I need to track my status and what percentage do they make up. There is other information on this daily summary sheet but does not need to be tracked such as the constituency.
