Paper-to-Excel Data Entry

I have a stack of paper documents that contain a combination of text and numerical information. I need every line transferred faithfully into a clean, well-structured Excel spreadsheet so the data can be sorted, filtered, and shared with my team.

Here’s what matters to me:
• Accuracy above all—double-check totals, spelling, and any handwritten figures that may be hard to read.
• Consistent formatting—headings, dates, and number styles should match throughout the workbook.
• Clear communication—let me know quickly if any pages are illegible or if something doesn’t add up so we can resolve it before you move on.

You’ll receive scanned PDFs of each paper sheet (or I can ship originals if that’s easier). Once finished, return a single Excel file with every record entered and a brief note outlining any uncertainties you ran into.
