PDF Text Extraction to Excel

I have a collection of PDFs whose content I need captured accurately in an Excel workbook. Each file contains plain-paragraph text—no tables or figures—so the task is purely textual. Your job is to open each PDF, copy or re-type every paragraph exactly as it appears (including punctuation and line breaks), and paste it into the spreadsheet, one paragraph per row in the correct order.

Accuracy matters more than speed: spelling, capitalization, and paragraph breaks must match the source. Before sending the finished file, please double-check for missing paragraphs, merged lines, or accidental formatting changes.

Deliverable: a single Excel sheet containing all paragraphs from every PDF, ready for my immediate use.
