PDF-to-Spreadsheet Text Entry

I have a batch of PDF files that need to be converted into clean, well-structured text inside a spreadsheet template I will provide. The job is strictly manual—no scraping tools or OCR shortcuts—because the formatting and spelling must match the PDFs exactly.

You will:
• Read each PDF and key every text field into the matching column of the spreadsheet.
• Preserve capitalization, punctuation, and line breaks where relevant.
• Double-check your work as you go; I’m aiming for at least 99 % accuracy with zero skipped fields.

I’ll share a small trial file first so we can confirm workflow and layout, then release the full set once that’s approved. Deliver the completed spreadsheet and let me know any ambiguities you encounter along the way so we can resolve them quickly.
