PDF-to-Excel Data Entry

I have a collection of images and PDF files that need to be transcribed accurately into a structured Excel spreadsheet. Every value, label, and note shown in the original documents must be captured exactly as presented—no omissions, no creative edits.

Scope of work:
• Open each supplied image or PDF and locate every data field.
• Enter the information into the matching columns of the Excel template I will provide.
• Preserve original spelling, punctuation, and numerical formatting.
• Flag any illegible text or inconsistencies in a separate “Comments” column so I can review them quickly.

Quality expectations:
• 100 % accuracy on easily readable text; highlight anything uncertain so nothing gets guessed.
• Consistent formatting from row to row.
• On-time delivery of the completed Excel file plus the comment log.

Please be comfortable working with large batches of documents and prepared to communicate progress or questions promptly. If you have previous experience converting scanned paperwork into spreadsheets, let me know; samples or short references are welcome.
