PDF to Excel Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF files that must be re-typed by hand into an Excel spreadsheet. Every value, label, and note needs to appear in the sheet exactly as it shows up in the originals, so close attention to detail is critical. No automated scraping tools—this is strictly manual entry to preserve formatting fidelity.
You will receive the PDFs, my preferred column layout, and a short set of validation rules to keep everything consistent (dates as DD/MM/YYYY, numeric fields without extra symbols, etc.). Once the workbook is complete I’ll run a quick spot-check; if totals match and the layout mirrors the sample page, the job is finished.
Deliverable: one clean, fully populated Excel file that mirrors the source PDFs.
