I have a batch of PDFs that contain a mix of paragraphs, tables, and figures. Each page needs to be transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel file—no missing characters, misplaced decimals, or extra spaces. Accuracy matters more than speed, yet all pages must be finished by the deadline I’ll share once the project begins.

Source format: PDF only.
Target format: Excel only.
Content type: a combination of text and numerical data.

Your task is straightforward:

2. Keep original formatting logic intact (e.g., headings remain headings, numbers stay aligned with their labels).
3. Double-check your work for spelling, digit transposition, and consistency before sending the file back.

Deliverable:
• One error-free Excel workbook containing all transcribed data, ready for immediate analysis.

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of entries match the source PDFs.
• Workbook passes a random spot-check without corrections needed.
• File is delivered on or before the agreed deadline.
