PDF Data to Excel Conversion

I have a collection of PDFs that hold straightforward text and number entries. All I need is the raw content moved cleanly into an Excel workbook—no fonts, colours, borders or other layout elements carried over. Just the plain text and numerical values placed in logical rows and columns so I can work with the information easily later.
There’s no need for deduplication, keyword filtering or any other post-processing; accuracy in copying every character is what matters most. Please deliver a single .xlsx file that mirrors the sequence of the original documents while keeping everything unformatted. If you use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Tabula, Able2Extract or a reliable Python script, that’s fine so long as the final sheet is error-free.
Once the spreadsheet is complete I’ll cross-check a sample against the source PDFs—if every figure and word matches, we’re done.
