PDF Data to Excel

I have a set of printed-to-PDF documents that I need turned into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Every page must be transcribed word-for-word into the sheet, while also capturing three key data groups in their own dedicated columns: names and addresses, all dates and numerical values, and any product details that appear.

I will supply the PDFs in batches. For each batch I expect:
• one worksheet that mirrors the full text exactly as it appears, line by line;
• a second worksheet (or clearly separated columns, if you prefer) holding the extracted names & addresses, dates / numbers, and product details, aligned to the source rows so I can trace anything back to the original page quickly.

Accuracy and consistent formatting matter more to me than speed. If you use tools such as Adobe Acrobat, OCR utilities, or Excel’s Power Query to accelerate the work, that’s fine, but be sure to proof-read and correct any recognition errors before delivery.

Before we start the full run, I’ll send a small sample file; return it completed so we can confirm layout and data capture meet the above requirements. Once approved, you can proceed with the rest of the PDFs under the same standards.
