PDF Data Entry Specialist Needed

I have a batch of documents in PDF format that must be transferred accurately into both Excel spreadsheets and Word files. Everything will be handled online—no printing or scanning—so you’ll simply pull the information from the PDFs and key it directly into the new templates I provide.

Accuracy is critical. Names, dates, numeric values, and any special characters must appear exactly as they do in the source. Consistent formatting matters just as much as speed; I can only move forward once the data looks clean and is easy to filter, sort, and search.

The flow will be straightforward:
• I share a cloud folder with the PDFs and blank Excel/Word templates.
• You enter each record online, double-checking totals and spellings.
• We sync up periodically so I can spot-check progress and answer questions.

Final deliverables:
• A fully populated Excel workbook with all rows validated
• Matching Word documents laid out in the template style I provide
