PDF Copy-Paste Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF documents that need to be transferred, word-for-word, into a structured spreadsheet. The task is straightforward data entry—pure copy-pasting from the PDFs with no additional data cleaning or reformatting required. Accuracy and consistent formatting are the biggest priorities because the information will feed directly into our internal database.

You will receive the PDFs in organized batches along with a pre-formatted Excel file that shows exactly where each field should go. Simply copy the text from the specified areas of every PDF and paste it into the matching cells. I will provide a short sample file first so you can confirm you are comfortable with the layout.

Deliverables (per batch)
• Completed Excel sheet populated with every record from the provided PDFs
• Quick note highlighting any unreadable or missing fields so I can follow up with the source team
