Outlook Management and Data Integration Specialist

I need help managing multiple Outlook inboxes and integrating data between Pipedrive and HubSpot CRMs.
Key Tasks:
- Filter important emails, organize folders/labels, reply to emails, and follow up on urgent tasks.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and data entry/organization.
- Clean data and cross-check information with EXO ERP system.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and EXO ERP.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in data management and task prioritization.
