Organize 10K Resumes in Excel

I have roughly 10,000 résumés that all arrive as Word documents. Some follow the same template, others drift a bit, so intelligent judgement will occasionally be needed to pull the right details into place.

I need every résumé parsed and entered into a single Excel sheet with these columns in this exact order:
• Name
• Contact Number
• Email
• Phone No. (if different)
• Skills
• Experience
• Address
• LinkedIn Profile URL
• Certification (if listed)
• Education History

Accuracy matters more than speed, yet I still want a realistic timeline for completing the full batch—please include your projected turnaround when you respond.

A few notes:
– All files are already in Word format, so no PDF or image conversion is required.
– Because formatting varies, some manual review will be essential; scripts or macros are fine as long as the final sheet is clean and human-readable.
– Remember to start your proposal with **@_-&** so I know you read everything.
