Ophthalmology Trial Coordinator Needed - On site/In person applicants preferred, but remote applicants will also be considered.

I am running several ongoing ophthalmology clinical trials and need a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) to keep everything on track. Ideally you can be on-site at our study location so you can consent participants face-to-face, perform or assist with ophthalmic assessments, and liaise directly with our investigators; however, I will consider a strong remote applicant who already has experience guiding eye-care studies from a distance.
Day to day you will take charge of patient recruitment and informed consent, maintain clean source documents and electronic data capture records, and keep communication flowing among investigators, technicians, and study sponsors. Because these are ophthalmology-focused protocols, I am specifically looking for someone who has previously coordinated eye-care trials, understands standard assessments such as visual acuity, OCT and IOP, and is comfortable with the nuances of ophthalmic drug development timelines.
If you hold the CCRC credential, have managed data in common EDC platforms, and can demonstrate past success moving ophthalmology studies through startup to close-out, I would like to hear how soon you could begin and whether you can spend any time on site.
