I need a clean, well-organised Excel spreadsheet that captures every mortgage broker or agent operating in Ontario. We need:
• Full name
• Direct mobile or personal phone number (no office switchboards, no duplicates)
• Email address when it can be found
Quality matters more than sheer volume: double-check that each phone number truly reaches the individual broker or agent and remove any duplicate records before you hand over the file. A final pass for spelling consistency and obvious formatting errors is expected.
