The task is straightforward: locate the required text on the sites I will provide, copy it without altering any wording, and paste it into the corresponding columns of the sheet I share with you.

Consistency matters more than speed. Every row in Excel must be free of typos, follow the header structure I supply, and retain all punctuation and line breaks exactly as they appear online. I will give you a short set of instructions and a sample row so you can mirror the format from the start.
