I need those records entered accurately into a clean, organized file so I can run reports and share the data with my team. This is a straightforward data entry assignment—no database design or analysis is required—just careful, fast transcription of all customer information exactly as it appears on the forms.

You will receive:
• Login credentials to the form dashboard
• A simple Excel template with the columns already labeled

Your task:
• Open each form submission, verify all fields are complete, and copy every data point into the matching column of the spreadsheet
• Double-check spelling, contact numbers, and email addresses for obvious typos as you go
• Flag any incomplete or suspicious entries in a separate tab so I can review them later

Acceptance criteria:
• 100 % of existing form submissions entered
• Zero formatting errors in the final Excel file
• File delivered back to me ready for immediate use

If you work quickly and maintain accuracy, there will be repeat batches in the future.
