Online Database Text Entry
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of web-based databases that contain sizeable amounts of text records. Your task is to pull the required fields exactly as they appear and enter them into my pre-formatted spreadsheet, preserving spelling, punctuation, and line breaks. No numerical totals or mixed data—this project is purely text.
Each record must match the source character-for-character, so close attention to detail and a quick eye for inconsistencies are essential. I will supply:
• direct links to the databases
• a sample row that shows the target format
• cloud access to the working file for real-time progress checks
Before we begin I’ll run through the naming conventions and show you a short demo; after that, you can work independently. I’ll review your first fifty rows for accuracy, offer feedback if needed, and then give the green light for the remaining entries.
Deliverables are complete when every assigned record is transferred, the file passes a final spot-check for 100 % accuracy, and the sheet is shared back to me.
