I have several online databases that contain both textual details and numerical figures which I need transferred accurately into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Your task will involve:
• Accessing the specified web portals I provide
• Copy-pasting or manually keying in every required field (names, IDs, prices, quantities, dates, notes and similar)
• Ensuring numerical values remain perfectly intact—no rounding or formatting loss
• Organising the information into clearly labelled sheets and columns that mirror the source layouts
Consistency, speed and a sharp eye for errors are critical; I will run spot checks against the live sites before sign-off. If you use helpful Excel functions (data validation, conditional formatting, simple formulas) to maintain accuracy, that’s a plus, but the primary deliverable is a clean, fully populated .xlsx file ready for immediate analysis.
