Ongoing Law-Firm Listings Scrape

I run a recruiting agency that tracks legal-industry vacancies year-round. I will give you a list of firm URLs; you head straight to each site’s Careers or Opportunities page, capture the relevant details, and paste them into our shared Excel workbook. This is steady work—40 hours every week, 52 weeks a year—so consistency and accuracy matter. Speed is also important.

What I need recorded for every opening is simple and unchanging: Job title and department; Job description and requirements; city; state; name of law firm; and the URL of the job description itself. Please place each detail in its own column so our downstream filters keep working. The sheet is reviewed on the first business day of every month, so your entries must be fully updated before then.

Deliverables (every week):
• New and amended listings entered in the sheet, one row per job.
• All six data points present and spelled exactly as on the source page.
• Dead links highlighted for quick verification.

I supply the Excel template, the master list of firms, and brief Loom videos showing my preferred workflow. You may harvest the data manually. This must be done manually because the available AI options are NOT thorough.

Reliability is everything here. If you can commit to the schedule and keep the data spotless, let’s get started. However, you can work your own schedule/time zone.
