Offline PDF Data Entry

I have a batch of digital files—mostly PDFs and a few high-resolution images—that need to be keyed into a structured format offline. All content is clearly legible; it just isn’t searchable yet. Your task is to open each file, copy the information faithfully, and enter it into the template I’ll supply (Excel or Google Sheets, whichever you prefer to work with locally).
Accuracy is more important to me than speed, so please double-check spellings, numbers, and any special characters before saving. When the sheet is complete, I’ll run a quick sample audit; if everything lines up, we’re done.
Deliverables
• Completed spreadsheet containing every data point from the provided PDFs/images
• A brief note highlighting any unreadable sections or ambiguities you encounter
