OCPS Demat & ISIN Migration

I have a tranche-based OCPS allotment schedule that now needs to move from physical records into demat form and be tagged with the correct ISIN. The entire exercise hinges on clean, error-free data migration carried out manually, so every entry must be verified against our original ledgers before it is uploaded to the depository interface.

Your role is to take the source spreadsheets, cross-check them with signed allotment registers, and key the data into the prescribed NSDL / CDSL templates. Along the way you will identify any gaps or mismatches and flag them for my approval so we stay compliant with the corporate action timeline.

Please share examples of similar dematerialisation or corporate-action projects you have completed—screenshots, redacted files, or client references are all helpful. I will shortlist based on demonstrable accuracy handling tranche-wise securities data and familiarity with the depository file formats.

Deliverables
• Fully populated depository upload files for each tranche, ready for NSDL / CDSL submission
• A reconciliation sheet mapping every certificate number to its new demat position
• Summary report of discrepancies and the corrections applied

All work must stay confidential and be completed on my provided virtual workstation.
