Nursery Occupancy Management System Setup

I need a system to calculate and adjust occupancy for a children's nursery. Currently using Excel spreadsheets, I need a more efficient and manageable solution.

Requirements:
- Age groups: Infants (0-2 years), Toddlers (2-3 years), Preschoolers (3-5 years)
- Adjust for new starters: Adding them into the spreadsheet across all months
