Numeric Data Entry from Paper

I have several paper records containing only numerical values that must be transferred into a clean, well-organised Excel workbook. The numbers should be entered exactly as they appear—no currency symbols, percentage signs, or reformatting—so everything remains in standard number format. Column headings and structure can be adjusted as you work; I simply need the data captured accurately and arranged in a logical, easy-to-read layout.

Please key each figure carefully, proof your work for typos, and save the final file in XLSX format. If you notice illegible figures while entering, flag them in a separate sheet so I can review. Once the spreadsheet is complete and error-checked, send it back so I can import it into my reporting system.
