Hi, I am building a lead network to find potential discounted real estate opportunities and I need a detailed contact list for key professionals across the same California counties as in my realtor project.
Goal:
Create a clean, deduped spreadsheet with the following fields:
1. Full name
2. Title and practice area
3. Company or firm name
4. Direct phone number or cell number
5. Email address
6. Office phone
7. Website
8. Office address, city, county
9. Any notes on specialization if visible
Geographic coverage:
Use the same county coverage as my realtor project, including:
Bay Area and surrounding markets:
Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, San Joaquin, Santa Cruz
Southern California:
Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Imperial, Santa Barbara, Kern
Target professional categories:
1. Probate attorneys
2. Trust and estate attorneys
3. Divorce and family law attorneys
4. Bankruptcy attorneys
5. Foreclosure or loan modification attorneys
6. Eviction and landlord tenant attorneys
7. Property managers and property management companies
8. Real estate investors or investment firms that publicly advertise buying houses for cash
9. REO or asset managers at brokerages or small banks if you can identify them
Data requirements:
1. Data must be recent and accurate
2. No duplicates across categories or counties
3. Deliverable format: Google Sheet and Excel file
4. Separate tabs or clear category labels so I can filter by role, county, and city
5. Please list your main data sources and how you verify accuracy
