Hi, I am looking for a highly detailed researcher to pull VERIFIED contact information for every active residential realtor across specific counties in Northern and Southern California.
Your main job:
Create a clean, deduped spreadsheet with the following fields for each realtor:
1. Full Name
2. Cell Phone Number
3. Email Address
4. Brokerage / Company
5. Office Phone (if available)
6. License / DRE Number (if available)
7. Website or Profile Link (Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, etc.)
8. City and County
Geographic Coverage Required:
Northern California / Bay Area Region
Please include ALL realtors in the following counties:
• Alameda
• Contra Costa
• Marin
• Napa
• San Francisco
• San Mateo
• Santa Clara
• Solano
• Sonoma
• Sacramento
• Yolo
• Placer
• San Joaquin
• Santa Cruz
This covers the region from Sacramento down through the East Bay, Peninsula, Silicon Valley, and out toward Tracy and Stockton.
Southern California Region
Please include ALL realtors in these counties:
• Los Angeles
• Orange
• San Diego
• Riverside
• San Bernardino
• Ventura
• Imperial
• Santa Barbara
• Kern
Data Requirements:
• Data must be accurate and recently verified
• No duplicates
• Separate by county or clearly labeled so I can filter easily
• Final delivery in BOTH Google Sheets and Excel format
• Please briefly list your data sources (MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow Agent Finder, FastPeopleSearch, etc.)
When responding, please tell me:
1. What tools or data sources you plan to use
2. Whether you have completed similar real estate or lead list projects before
3. How many total contacts you estimate for this scope
