We are seeking a long-term partner to manage Google My Business (GMB) profiles across 19 retail locations, with added AI search optimization (GEO/AIO). Please note the detailed scope of work:

Ensure all 19 GMB locations remain verified and compliant. Fix any suspended/unverified profiles.

Monthly GMB optimizations (updating business hours, photos, posts, offers).

Manage reviews: monitor, respond professionally, and flag inappropriate ones.

Regular performance reporting on GMB insights (views, searches, actions taken).

AI Optimization (AIO): Enhance visibility in AI-driven searches (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to ensure our stores are featured in AI responses.

Update local citations across platforms to maintain NAP (name, address, phone) consistency.

Provide a structured communication channel for any location-specific issues that arise.

We expect a competitive monthly bulk rate for all 19 locations. If we see success, future accounts are possible. Please share your approach, timeline, and pricing.
