Monthly Financial Report Preparation

I need reliable, well-structured financial reporting so I can steer the business with confidence. Each month you will draw the raw data from my accounting system, reconcile the figures, and turn them into clear, decision-ready statements.

Deliverables
• Income Statement (monthly P&L)
• Cash Flow Statement (direct or indirect method, whichever fits the data set)

I will grant you read-only access to the books as soon as we start. From there, simply ensure every figure ties back to the ledger, flag any inconsistencies, and deliver the finished reports in both PDF and spreadsheet formats. Accuracy, consistency from month to month, and a brief explanatory note on unusual movements are all I need to keep everything on track.
