Monthly Data Entry Task (U.S. Residents Only)
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Each month I have a small, repeatable task that takes about half an hour: entering and checking mixed text-and-numeric data that arrives in a spreadsheet. The flow is always the same, so once you understand the routine it should feel quick and predictable. Accuracy matters more than speed, and I need the file returned on the agreed date every month without exception.
Because the dataset is drawn directly from spreadsheets, you’ll simply open the source sheet, copy or key the mixed fields into the target file, make sure everything lines up exactly, then save and send it back. That’s it—no complex formulas, no macros, just careful data handling.
I’m only able to work with U.S.-based freelancers for this role. If you have reliable month-to-month availability and a track record with light data entry or other routine tasks, drop me a short proposal that tells me:
• When in the month you’re generally free for a 30-minute task
• Any experience you have with spreadsheet-based data entry or verification
Consistency, attention to detail, and timely delivery are the deciding factors, and if everything runs smoothly this can continue indefinitely.
