Mixed Data Entry into Excel

I have a collection of digital files—mainly PDFs and Word documents—containing both text and numerical information. I need every line of that mixed data transferred accurately into a well-structured Excel spreadsheet. Each entry must retain its original wording or figure, placed in the correct column so the sheet can be filtered and sorted without additional cleanup.

The job is complete when I receive an error-free .xlsx file reflecting every record from the source documents, with text and numbers clearly separated into their respective fields and basic formatting (column headers, consistent number formats) already applied. A quick turnaround is appreciated, but accuracy is non-negotiable.
