Mixed Data Entry from PDFs

I have a batch of handwritten documents that have been scanned to PDF and need every piece of mixed text-and-numerical information keyed in accurately. Your task is to open each PDF, read the handwritten notes, and enter the contents into a clean, structured spreadsheet I will provide.

Accuracy is critical: names, addresses, reference numbers, dates, and any calculations must match the originals exactly. If a word or figure is unclear, flag it so I can verify. Consistent formatting—capitalization, spacing, and number alignment—will let me import the data straight into our system without extra cleanup.

Deliverable
• One completed spreadsheet containing all records, ready for immediate upload
• A short log of any fields you flagged as uncertain
