Mixed Data Entry for Records

I have several Excel spreadsheets that hold a blend of text and numbers which must be transferred into a single, well-structured file so our records remain complete and consistent. The job is straightforward: copy the mixed data exactly as it appears, keep the original formatting where it matters (dates, currency, percentages, paragraph breaks), and flag anything that looks unclear or potentially duplicated so I can verify it quickly.

Accuracy is the priority, so each field needs to line up perfectly with its corresponding header and the integrity of formulas or references must stay intact. Once finished, I should be able to open one consolidated sheet and locate any record without hunting through multiple files.
