I have a collection of records that combine text and numeric fields and I need every line transferred quickly and accurately into a structured file I can use for reporting. The source documents are already organised in logical order; what I’m missing is a precise, error-free digital version.

Here’s what matters to me:

• Consistent formatting so totals, dates, and descriptions line up perfectly
• A short status note each day so I can see progress
