Mixed Data Entry to Excel
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need help moving a blend of text and numerical fields from a few online databases into one well-structured Excel workbook. You’ll be working directly inside my shared Excel file, adding each record row by row, double-checking that the numbers copy over exactly and that text values keep their original spelling, punctuation and capitalization.
I’ll provide:
• Login credentials to the source databases
• A template workbook with column headings and data-validation rules
Your task:
• Copy every field from the database screens into the matching Excel columns
• Follow the simple formatting notes included on the first sheet
• Flag any inconsistencies, duplicates or unreadable characters so I can review them quickly
Accuracy is more important than speed, but I’d like the first 1,000 records completed within three days so I can spot-check your work and give feedback before you continue with the remainder. Let me know how many records you’re comfortable handling per day and any previous projects where you moved mixed data into Excel.
