Please keep the original order of the records, label the columns clearly, and double-check totals or calculations so the numbers match exactly what appears on the page. Accuracy and legibility are more important to me than speed, but I would like regular updates so I can spot-check your work as we go. Once complete, I expect a single .xlsx file that is ready for analysis with no stray characters or formatting issues.
