Mixed Data Entry Compilation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of online databases that hold both text and numerical fields. I need every record copied out, verified for accuracy, and entered into a single, tidy file. Because the source information is “mixed data,” you’ll be switching back and forth between text strings (names, addresses, notes) and number fields (prices, IDs, dates) as you work.
You may collect the data in whichever structured format lets you move fastest while still keeping everything aligned—Excel, Google Sheets, or a local database are all fine with me as long as the final file is easy to filter and sort. Just make sure:
• All fields from the source are mapped one-to-one in the destination file
• No truncation or re-typing errors slip through (I’ll spot-check)
• Row counts match the original database queries
When you’re done, send the completed file plus a short note on any anomalies you found (duplicate records, unreadable fields, etc.). If everything balances, I’ll release payment immediately and likely have repeat work ready.
