Mixed CSV Data Cleanup & Formatting

I’m sitting on several CSV files packed with both text and numbers, and they need a thorough spring-clean. Your job is to pull the data into Excel (or another tool you trust), remove every duplicate row, then standardise the layout so each column reads consistently—names trimmed and capitalised, dates and numeric fields aligned to one clear format, and any stray characters gone for good.

Accuracy matters more than speed, yet I do need a prompt turnaround; please let me know upfront if you spot anything that could slow the process. Once finished, send back:

• A single, fully cleaned Excel workbook (or the original CSVs overwritten if you prefer)
• A short note outlining what was changed or any issues you uncovered
