Massive PST Files Consolidation
Budget: $10 – $30 AUD
I have several Outlook 2007 .PST archives totalling hundreds of gigabytes that I need combined into one easily viewable mailbox file. The sole requirement after the merge is simplicity—no extra folders or categories, just every message preserved exactly as it is.
Because of the data volume, the process must respect Outlook’s size limits while keeping all metadata, attachments and timestamps intact. I’m happy to work in whichever viewer or toolset you recommend—whether that’s a newer build of Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird with a PST-import add-on, or a specialist utility such as Kernel or Stellar.
Your task:
• Safely merge all source .PSTs into a single file (or database) that opens without errors in the agreed client.
• Provide a short, clear summary of the steps taken so I can repeat or audit them later.
Remote access to the machine holding the archives can be arranged, or you can guide me through the steps if you prefer.
