B2B US Market Database Supplier Needed
Budget: $10 – $100 USD
We are seeking a strategic partner to supply a B2B database targeted at the US market. The following are the technical and quality requirements for the project:
1. Scope and Target
Volume: 5,000,000 (five million) unique and non-duplicate B2B contacts.
Geography: United States of America (USA).
Targeting: Specific product sectors will be discussed and defined through private negotiations (NDA if necessary).
2. Quality and Validation Standards
Data quality is a non-negotiable requirement for us. The database must be cleaned and verified using professional tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Emailable, or equivalent SMTP validators).
Bounce Rate: A final bounce rate of less than 2% must be guaranteed.
Update Frequency: Data must be recent and verified at the time of delivery.
3. Data Structure (Mapping)
Each record provided in CSV or XLSX format must include the following fields:
Company Name
Company Website
Contact Name (Decision Maker/Manager)
Phone Number (Office/Direct)
WhatsApp Contact (where available)
Location (City and State)
Sector/Product Category Tags
4. Deliverables and Documentation
At the end of the process, in addition to the main file, we require a Validation Report certifying:
Verification tool used.
Scan data.
Total statistics (Records processed vs. Records accepted/valid).
5. Information Request
Please provide us with feedback regarding:
Timeline: Estimated timeline for extraction and validation.
Capacity: Any operational limitations in supplying such large volumes in a single transaction.
Price: Quote based on the volumes indicated.
